Due to its diameter, it is extremely sturdy and can be used in agriculture as a support and stake in horticultural and floral crops and in vineyards for tying and supporting more vigorous plants; the absence of an internal cross facilitates insertion into the ground; the knots facilitate tying.

In line with environmental requirements, all agricultural products are reusable and classified as durable goods; when scrapped, PVC is completely recyclable.
