Our Commitment to Environmental Sustainability
For years, Sbamet has been committed to environmental protection by implementing proactive sustainability policies:
- Production waste materials are constantly recycled and reintroduced into the manufacturing process, achieving a zero-waste industrial goal.
- Whenever compatible with the technical specifications of the products, we prioritize the use of recycled materials in increasingly high percentages.
- In 2021, Sbamet installed a photovoltaic system covering the entire available roof surface; today, over 70% of the energy used in Sbamet’s operations is generated from renewable sources.
- The Sbamet corporate fleet is primarily full-electric, a choice made to maximize the use of clean energy produced by our solar plant.
- Working hours have been aligned with daylight hours to optimize the use of renewable energy sources and to enhance employee well-being.

Plastic Material Extrusion
Plastic extrusion, particularly of PVC, was the industrial process that marked our debut in the plastic processing sector. Today, with approximately 20 extrusion lines, we stand as one of the most versatile and highly regarded companies in the industry.
Guisnap
With the arrival of new technical personnel, we have specialized in the production of GUISNAP: multi-component extruded profiles with metal inserts, featuring PVC-rubber bulbs, fins, U-shapes, and more. We have developed extensive expertise in manufacturing reinforced gaskets and plastic profiles with metal cores, allowing us to fully customize extruded solutions to meet the requirements of an increasingly demanding clientele.
Plastic Injection Molding
Our Plastic Injection Molding department was established over twenty years ago to complement our extrusion division, offering customers the possibility to pair molded and extruded components with perfect harmony (for example, a tube and its matching end cap). Over the years, we have further specialized in the production of a wide range of high-precision technical articles.
Agriculture
Agriculture is a passion that reigns supreme at Sbamet. It is from this very passion that we created our line of PVC plastic products for farming (including PVC stakes and plant supports), which we were the first to test in our own garden.
Precision EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining)
Sbamet has enhanced its custom-manufacturing capabilities by investing in new machinery dedicated to the construction of tooling for products based on customer specifications.
With the goal of continuously expanding our expertise, and in line with our focus on continuous improvement and greater flexibility, Sbamet has recently introduced Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM). This allows us to create our tooling in-house, offering a more comprehensive, efficient, and streamlined service to our clients.
